Prometheus Prometheus Prometheus is a financial data terminal that turns the world’s unstructured financial disclosure into structured, traceable data — and this API serves everything the terminal renders. Companies, exchanges and central banks publish an enormous amount every day: annual and interim reports, SEC filings, results announcements, investor presentations, earnings calls, 8-Ks, regulator notices and policy text, across the United States, the Gulf, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, the UK and Europe. Prometheus reads all of it and turns it into data a program can trust — standardized financial statements, segments and KPIs, the tables inside the notes, filing sections, decks page by page, transcripts and audio, span-anchored observations, management guidance scored against what actually happened, typed 8-K events, an attributed intraday news tape, insider and institutional ownership, a registry of the people behind them, point-in-time macro series, central-bank text, and a validated causal claim graph you can run scenarios through. Two properties hold everywhere. Traceability: every number carries the filing, page or passage it came from, and fact-source hands it to you on demand. Gating: nothing is served until it passes per-company validation — statements must tie, segments must reconcile, note tables must foot, guidance is row-audited. When something fails you see a null or a held marker, never a guess.

What is covered

Coverage is a live fact, published for people and for agents alike. The Coverage page carries the current inventory — every market with its exchanges, company count, history depth and, for each data type, the share of reporting periods held — generated from the same endpoint that serves it:
Ask it (or the MCP tool get_coverage, or prom coverage) before answering “do you cover Saudi Arabia?” — the answer changes daily as the platform ingests.

What you can get

Financial statements

Standardized income statement, balance sheet and cash flow — annual, quarterly or semiannual, one template across every market and rulebook — plus the statements exactly as the company printed them, and fact-source to cite any cell.

Segments & KPIs

Revenue and operating metrics by segment, product, brand, channel and region, with member lineage that survives renames; the KPIs issuers disclose only in results releases and decks.

Filing notes

The narrative sections of every parsed filing as text, and the tables inside the notes — inventories, debt, leases, receivables, taxes, revenue disaggregation — as gated grids and time series across filings.

Investor presentations

Every deck an issuer has filed or published, rendered slide by slide, with the segment and KPI figures read from them cited to the exact page.

Transcripts & guidance

Earnings-call transcripts and audio, observations anchored to the passage they came from, and management commitments resolved against reported results — company and executive track records included.

Events & news

8-K material events typed by family with the item text, a searchable market-wide wire, and an attributed intraday news tape with a live stream.

Ownership & people

13F holders, insider transactions, boards, management changes and shareholder votes, and a registry of executives and directors across the universe.

Macro & markets

Point-in-time macro series with full revision history, central-bank text, prices, benchmarks, commodities and compute instruments — and correlation and charting over any of them.
The data catalog maps every one of these to its endpoints, its prom command and its MCP tool on one page; Intelligence covers the narrative layer and the claim graph.

Three ways in

All three use the same API key, the same limits and the same data.
